Office Hours and Availability

For all inquiries (calls, emails, or text messages), please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We will do our best to reply sooner, but we aim to be transparent about expectations when volume is high or during holidays. If your matter is urgent and outside of office hours, please indicate that in your message and the office will follow up as quickly as possible within normal business operations.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT). Please note that we observe the following national holidays in 2026, during which the office will be closed. On these days, our teams may not be available to monitor phone or email:
