Clocking In and Out of Visits

Summary

Use of the HHAeXchange+ app is the required method for recording time.

You must clock in and clock out using the HHAeXchange+ app for every visit until 8/3/26.
On 8/3/26, clocking in and out of visits will happen via the Brevy app. Please download it from the app store now.
Medicaid guidelines require caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) in order for visits to be billed and paid.
Caregivers are expected to:
- Clock in when you arrive at the service location.
- Clock out when your shift ends.
- Confirm the clock-in and clock-out are successfully recorded in the app.
- Within 24 hours of any visit errors, submit a correction request via email or text at [email protected] or 832-413-4430. </aside>
