- Use of the HHAeXchange+ app is the required method for recording time.

- Medicaid guidelines require caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) in order for visits to be billed and paid.
- Caregivers are expected to:
- Clock in when you arrive at the service location.
- Clock out when your shift ends.
- Confirm the clock-in and clock-out are successfully recorded in the app.
- Within 24 hours of any visit errors, submit a correction request via email or text at [email protected] or 832-413-4430.

Selecting the Correct Location (GPS)
When the GPS map screen appears in the app:
- If you are at the patient’s home, select Service Delivery Location: Home.
- If you are anywhere else with the patient (store, appointment, outing, etc.), select Service Delivery Location: Community.
